🧍♀️ First: What to Pack for Mom
📌 Important Documents:
- National ID card
- Latest pregnancy lab results
- Doctor’s notes or pregnancy tracking file
- Insurance papers or hospital booking info (if available)
🧼 Hygiene & Care:
- Cotton maternity pads or post-partum pads
- Comfortable cotton underwear (4–5 pieces)
- Non-slip slippers
- Tissues or wet wipes
- Large towel + small towel
- Toothbrush, toothpaste & lip balm
- Soft baby brush
👗 Clothing:
- 2 delivery/night gowns with breastfeeding access
- Light robe or cardigan
- Cotton underwear (4–5 pieces).
- Cotton socks
- Headscarf or hairband (if needed)
- Comfortable outfit for the day of returning home.
👶 Second: What to Pack for Baby
🧣 Clothing:
- 3 full outfits (sleepsuit, bodysuit, cap, mittens)
- Light baby blanket
- Inner wear (bodysuits or undershirts)
- 5–10 newborn diapers
- Baby water wipes
🍼 Feeding:
- 2 newborn bottles (in case breastfeeding isn’t possible right away)
- Nursing pads (for mom)
- Breast pump if you intend to do pumping.
